Description

The Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB) would like to invite you to hear about how our agency regulates trade practice activities in the alcohol beverage industry. Speakers will be on hand from TTB to help you understand what the trade practice rules cover, what types of activities you must avoid in order to stay in compliance, and how we regulate the marketplace to ensure a level playing field.

Topics include:

  • an overview of the trade practice regulations

  • how agencies determine when a violation occurs

  • what guidance is available to keep you in compliance

Who Should Attend: This seminar is geared toward alcohol beverage industry members (producers, importers, wholesalers, and retailers) or their representatives. Each attendee must register separately.

You are required to register in advance for this seminar. There will be no on-site registration available, so you must register here if you plan to attend. Registration will close when we reach capacity, or one week prior to the seminar, whichever comes first.

Sign-in for registered guests opens at 12:30 PM and the seminar begins at 1:00 PM sharp. As this seminar is located in a federal building, please allow for extra time to get through security. For more information about the building, please visit their website.
